Frederico Gonçalves Pereira
Integra a Vieira de Almeida desde 1995, sendo responsável pela criação da área de Contencioso & Arbitragem da Firma. É Sócio Executivo do Grupo Contencioso & Reestruturações e Sócio da área de Contencioso & Arbitragem.
Com mais de 30 anos de experiência, tem centrado a sua atividade em arbitragem (comercial e de investimento), contencioso civil e comercial e em reestruturações & insolvência, coordenando frequentemente processos de grande complexidade e dimensão, em Portugal e nas jurisdições que integram a VdA Legal Partners – da África lusófona e francófona, a Timor-Leste.
Ao longo da sua carreira tem assessorado clientes nacionais e internacionais em diversos setores, com particular incidência, na última década, nas áreas de telecomunicações, bancário & financeiro, seguros, infraestruturas, oil&gas e imobiliário.
Tem participado como docente em cursos de mestrado e pós-graduação, e como orador em diversos seminários e conferências em matérias relacionadas com reestruturação e insolvência, arbitragem e processo civil.
