Frederico Gonçalves Pereira
Frederico Gonçalves Pereira a rejoint Vieira de Almeida en 1995, étant responsable de la création de la pratique Contentieux & Arbitrage du cabinet. Il est associé exécutif du groupe Contentieux & Restructurations et associé de la pratique Contentieux & Arbitrage.
Possédant plus de 30 années d'expérience, il a concentré son activité dans les domaines de l'arbitrage (commercial et d'investissement), du contentieux civil et commercial et de la restructuration et insolvabilité, en coordonnant régulièrement des affaires de grande complexité et dimension, au Portugal et dans les juridictions membres de VdA Legal Partners - de l'Afrique lusophone et francophone, au Timor-Leste.
Tout au long de sa carrière, il a conseillé des clients nationaux et internationaux dans divers secteurs, en particulier, au cours de la dernière décennie, dans les domaines des télécommunications, de la banque et de la finance, des assurances, des infrastructures, du pétrole et gaz et de l'immobilier.
Il a participé en tant que conférencier à des cours de maîtrise et de diplômes universitaires, ainsi qu'à plusieurs séminaires et conférences sur des questions liées à la restructuration et à l'insolvabilité, à l'arbitrage et à la procédure civile.
