Frederico Gonçalves Pereira, Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira and Iñaki Carrera are lecturing at the 10th Postgraduate Course in Arbitration Law, promoted by the Private Law Research Centre of the University of Lisbon Law School.

Frederico Gonçalves Pereira is responsible for the lecture on "Arguments and incidents ’ in the context of the Arbitration Process. Iñaki Carrera analyses the procedures and legal arguments relating to the annulment of an arbitration award in the Portuguese legal framework, in a session entitled ‘Challenging an arbitration award’. Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira lectures on ‘Arbitration in Corporate Law’, as part of the sectoral issues related to this area.
