Entre 2002 e 2013 integrou a Vieira de Almeida & Associados como Advogado da área de Concorrência & UE, onde trabalhou ativamente em diversas operações, em particular nos setores das comunicações eletrónicas, farmacêutico, infraestruturas e postal.
Em 2005 e 2006 foi o advogado responsável pelo escritório da Vieira de Almeida & Associados (VdA) em Bruxelas.
Autor de diversos trabalhos na área do Direito da Concorrência, com destaque para a obra Abusos de Posição Dominante, Almedina, 2012.
Inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses.
Membro do Círculo de Advogados Portugueses de Direito da Concorrência (CAPDC).
Membro da Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento das Comunicações.
