De 2002 à 2013 il a intégré Vieira de Almeida & Associados en tant qu’avocat de la pratique Concurrence & UE, où il a travaillé sur différentes opérations, tout particulièrement dans le secteur des communications électroniques, pharmaceutique, des infrastructures et postal.
De 2005 à 2006 il a été responsable du bureau Vieira de Almeida & Associados (VdA) de Bruxelles.
Il est l'auteur de plusieurs ouvrages dans le domaine du droit de la concurrence, notamment « Abusos de Posição Dominante », Almedina, 2012.
