Pedro Ferreirinha

Integra a VdA desde 1992. Sócio da área de Imobiliário & Urbanismo. 

Com vasta experiência em imobiliário e um profundo conhecimento dos mercados imobiliários e respetivos ciclos, fruto do aconselhamento de clientes em operações de compra e venda de imóveis e portfólios residenciais, comerciais, hoteleiros e de retalho, na negociação de arrendamentos em representação de inquilinos e senhorios e em operações de compra e venda de lease back.

É particularmente experiente em desenvolvimento e promoção imobiliária, tendo estado envolvido em projetos de relevo em Portugal, em que acompanhou investidores e promotores ao longo de todo o processo de desenvolvimento, incluindo as fases de planeamento, licenciamento, financiamento, construção e comercialização de empreendimentos relevantes.

 

Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.

Coordenador da cadeira de Direito Aplicado ao Imobiliário na Pós-Graduação em Gestão e Avaliação Imobiliária do Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão.
