Pedro Ferreirinha

Pedro Ferreirinha a rejoint VdA en 1992. Il est associé de la pratique Immobilier & Urbanisme.

Pedro possède une vaste expérience en droit immobilier et une profonde connaissance des marchés immobiliers et de leurs cycles, fruit du conseil aux clients lors d’opérations d’achat et de vente d’immeubles et de portefeuilles résidentiels, commerciaux, hôteliers et de détail, de la négociation de locations en représentation de locataires et de propriétaires et d’opérations d’achat et de vente de lease-back.

Son expérience passe également par le développement et la promotion immobilière, ayant participé à différents projets de renom au Portugal, au cours desquels il a accompagné des investisseurs et des promoteurs tout au long du processus de développement, y compris des phases de planification, d’octroi de licences, financement, construction et commercialisation de projets de grande envergure.

Licence en Droit de la Faculté de Droit de l’Université de Lisbonne.

Coordinateur du cours de Droit appliqué à l'immobilier du Diplôme universitaire en gestion et évaluation immobilière de l'Institut Supérieur d'Économie et de Gestion.
