Joaquim Pedro Lampreia
Integra a VdA desde 2000. Sócio da área de Fiscal, tendo ampla experiência em restruturações, fusões e aquisições, organismos de investimento coletivo, produtos financeiros, aplicação de acordos internacionais, implementação e acompanhamento de projetos de preços de transferência, tributação de sotftware e no setor das tecnologias de informação, bem como estruturação patrimonial familiar e private wealth management.
Dedica-se também à resolução de disputas fiscais e contencioso tributário em todos os impostos, taxas e contribuições, acompanhando alguns dos maiores processos fiscais perante os tribunais tributários nacionais, o Tribunal de Justiça da União Europeia e os tribunais arbitrais, tendo ganho o Prémio Europeu FT Innovative Lawyers Award - Dispute Resolution,em 2017.

Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
