Joaquim Pedro Lampreia
Joaquim Pedro Lampreia a rejoint VdA en 2000. Associé de la pratique Droit Fiscal, il possède une vaste expérience en matière de restructurations, de fusions et d'acquisitions, d'organismes de placement collectif, de produits financiers, d'application d'accords internationaux, de mise en œuvre et de suivi de projets de prix de transfert, de fiscalité des logiciels et dans le secteur informatique, ainsi qu’en matière de structuration de patrimoine familial et de gestion de fortunes privées.
Il se consacre également à la résolution de litiges fiscaux et au contentieux fiscal en matière d'impôts, de taxes et de contributions, et intervient dans certaines des plus grandes affaires fiscales devant les tribunaux fiscaux nationaux, la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne et les tribunaux d'arbitrage, ayant remporté le prix European FT Innovative Lawyers Award - Dispute Resolution en 2017.
