Sofia Bobone
Integra a VdA desde 2006. Sócia da área de Corporate e M&A onde tem trabalhado em processos de aquisição, venda e reestruturação de sociedades comerciais, acompanhando igualmente a vida societária de diversas empresas.
Acompanha também processos de acquisition finance e Corporate Finance, em representação de clientes nacionais e internacionais com especial relevância para implementação e acompanhamento de projetos de investimento por fundos de capital de risco.
Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisboa).
Durante os anos de 2017 e 2018, integrou a área de Corporate da Kirkland & Ellis LLP, em Nova Iorque, onde acompanhou diversas transações internacionais de Private Equity.
Autora de vários artigos em revistas da especialidade publicadas, entre as quais a International Corporate Governance digital guide.
Inscrita na Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses.
