Paulo Trindade Costa

Integra a VdA em 2015. Sócio da área de Corporate e M&A. Tem trabalhado em várias operações nos mercados português e estrangeiros, nomeadamente em fusões e aquisições, reestruturações e transações de corporate finance.

Assessorou diversos clientes nos setores de telecomunicações, indústria, retalho, imobiliário, energia, bancário e construção.

Licenciatura em Direito pela Universidade Lusíada (Lisboa).

Docente de Planeamento Fiscal Internacional no IESF - Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais (Porto), cursos de pós-graduações (1998 -2000).

Professor convidado na Faculdade de Direito, Universidade de Lisboa na pós-graduação em Direito dos Seguros (2015).
