Paulo Trindade Costa

Paulo Trindade Costa joined VdA in 2015. He is Partner of the Corporate and M&A practice. He has been involved in several transactions, in Portugal and international markets, namely in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate finance transactions.

He has advised several clients in sectors such as telecommunications, industry, retail, real estate, energy, banking and construction.

Law degree at Lusíada University (Lisbon).

Professor of International Tax Planning at IESF Business School (Porto), post graduate courses, (1998 -2000).

Invited lecturer at the University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law, post graduate course on Insurance Law (2015) .
