In a bid to provide full, integrated and innovative corporate restructuring and insolvency-related legal services, the firm set up the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency practice area with a dedicated specialized team.

The practice area provides assistance and support to corporate clients in connection with corporate restructuring and insolvency-related matters, such as financial restructuring, the negotiation of distressed assets, assistance and support in connection with voluntary business rescue processes (REREs), definition of strategies and representation of clients in special revitalization processes (PERs) and insolvency proceedings, definition and implementation of insolvency plans and the legal restructuring of the marketing and monitoring of NPLs.

We work closely together with other practice areas to provide the best assistance and support to our clients. These areas include banking & finance on financial restructurings, the definition of insolvency plans and the legal restructuring of the marketing and monitoring of NPLs, corporate and M&A on voluntary business rescue processes, the negotiation of distressed assets and the structuring of insolvency plans, litigation & arbitration on the definition and monitoring of our clients’ position at all procedural stages of special revitalization processes (PER’s) and insolvency proceedings, and other practice areas, such as tax and real estate & planning, whenever required. This constant interdisciplinary cooperation allows us to offer our clients fully integrated solutions, suited to their requirements.
