Francisco Sá Carneiro
Integra a VdA desde 2022. Sócio da área de Corporate e M&A, onde tem trabalhado em diversas operações a nível nacional e internacional, nomeadamente nas áreas de Fusões e Aquisições, Comercial e Societário, Bancário e Financeiro e Mercado de Capitais.
Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica de Lisboa.
Antes de integrar a firma, foi Sócio da Campos Ferreira, Sá Carneiro & Associados (2009-2021).
Anteriormente, foi Sócio e Sócio Co-Diretor de Portugal (2004-2009), Membro do Conselho de Administração (2004-2009) e Membro da Comissão Executiva (2007-2009) da Uría Menéndez.
Foi Sócio Fundador e Sócio Gerente da Vasconcelos, F. Sá Carneiro, Fontes & Associados (1993-2004).
Foi Sócio (1986-1993) e Associado (1982-1986) da João Morais Leitão & associados e Advogado Estagiário da Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, Brussels Office.
Inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses.
