João Riscado Rapoula
Integra a VdA desde 2007. Sócio da área de Fiscal onde tem trabalhado ativamente em diversas operações, nomeadamente no âmbito de estruturação fiscal internacional, contencioso tributário, acompanhando também matérias relacionadas com Direito Fiscal da União Europeia e Segurança Social e Sócio da área Empresas Familiares.
Tem também prestado assessoria jurídica e fiscal em transações de private wealth management, reestruturação patrimonial e planeamento sucessório.
Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
Curso de Especialização em Fiscalidade pela Overgest/ ISCTE Business School.
Pós-Graduação em Fiscalidade pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Mestrado (Adv LLM) em Direito Fiscal Internacional pelo International Tax Center da Universidade de Leiden (Holanda).
