Teresa Empis Falcão
Reintegra a VdA em 2014. Sócia Responsável pela área de Infraestruturas. Participa regularmente em operações bancárias e de financiamento de projetos, em Portugal e noutras jurisdições, com especial incidência nos setores das infraestruturas, transportes e energia, nomeadamente na África lusófona.
Exerceu o cargo de assessora no Gabinete do Secretário de Estado das Infraestruturas, Transportes e Comunicações de agosto de 2011 a abril de 2014.
Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisboa.
Pós-graduação em Direito da Comunicação pelo Instituto Jurídico da Comunicação, integrado na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra, Coimbra.
Pós-graduação (LL.M) em Banking and Finance Law pela London School of Economics and Political Science, Londres.
Foi advogada sénior na sociedade de advogados Allen & Overy LLP (Londres), integrando o Grupo de Projetos, de setembro de 1999 a novembro de 2008. Participou em diversas operações bancárias e de financiamento de projetos, em Portugal e em outras jurisdições, com especial incidência nos setores das infraestruturas, transportes e energia.
Integrou a Vieira de Almeida & Associados, RL, de dezembro de 2008 a julho de 2011. Nessa qualidade, trabalhou ativamente e liderou o financiamento de diversos projetos nos setores das infraestruturas e da energia.
Exerceu o cargo de assessora no Gabinete do Secretário de Estado das Infraestruturas, Transportes e Comunicações de agosto de 2011 a abril de 2014.
Inscrita na Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses, na Law Society of England and Wales, na qualidade de solicitor, e na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil.
