Conta com uma vasta experiência em transações imobiliárias, incluindo a aquisição, venda e arrendamento de ativos imobiliários, o acompanhamento global de projectos imobiliários (comerciais, habitacionais e turísticos), a elaboração de contratos de prestação de serviços de arquitectura, de engenharia, de project management e de fiscalização de obra, e de empreitada (construção nova e reabilitação).
Tem prestado assessoria recorrente em operações de sale and leaseback e de aquisição e venda, incluindo due diligence, de vários tipos de ativos imobiliários (residenciais, comerciais, serviços e turísticos), e também nas áreas do licenciamento urbanístico.
Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
Antes de integrar a firma trabalhou no escritório de advogados Garrigues, como associado senior do departamento de imobiliário e urbanismo.
Coautor de “Arrendamento Urbano - 50 Respostas Essenciais”.
