Paulo de Barros Baptista
Integra a VdA desde 1995. Sócio da área de Infraestruturas. Dedica-se sobretudo aos setores das infraestruturas & transportes, onde tem trabalhado em várias operações, em Portugal e no estrangeiro.
Neste âmbito, liderou as equipas jurídicas responsáveis pela montagem, redação, negociação e renegociação do pacote contratual associado a diversas PPP no setor rodoviário, prestando assessoria tanto a promotores como a entidades financiadoras.
Assume, na firma, a responsabilidade pelo acompanhamento regular de alguns clientes líderes no setor rodoviário e dos transportes em Portugal. Esteve, entre 1996 e 1999, num banco de investimento ao serviço da Firma.
