Paulo de Barros Baptista
Paulo de Barros Baptista a rejoint VdA en 1995. Associé de la pratique Infrastructures, il se consacre tout particulièrement au secteur des infrastructures & transports, où il a travaillé sur différentes opérations, au Portugal et à l’étranger.
Dans ce contexte, il a dirigé les équipes juridiques responsables du montage, de la rédaction, négociation et renégociation du paquet contractuel relatif à différents Partenariats Public-Privé du secteur routier, conseillant aussi bien les promoteurs que les bailleurs de fonds.
Paulo assure, au sein du cabinet, l’accompagnement régulier de certains clients leaders du secteur routier et des transports au Portugal.
De 1996 à 1999 il a été détaché par le cabinet dans une banque d’investissement.
