Integra a VdA desde 1999. Sócia responsável da área de Corporate e M&A, tem trabalhado em diversas transações, nomeadamente no domínio da acquisition finance e corporate finance, na aquisição e venda de empresas, em representação de clientes nacionais e internacionais.
Tem prestado também consultoria a clientes nas áreas de valores mobiliários e mercado de capitais.
