Integra a VdA desde 1998. Sócio Sénior do Grupo Contencioso & Reestruturações e Sócio da área de PI Contencioso. Aconselha várias empresas internacionais da área industrial em todas as áreas da Propriedade Intelectual, nomeadamente empresas de investigação do setor farmacêutico e a associação industrial do setor.
Participou no lançamento de grandes projectos nas áreas de transportes e esteve envolvido em diversas importantes operações nas áreas industrial, comercial e de fusões e aquisições. Trabalha na área do Direito Comercial e Crimes de Mercado e tem uma larga experiência em contencioso comercial e arbitragem, nomeadamente respeitante a patentes do setor farmacêutico.
