Tiago Correia Moreira

Integra a VdA desde 2003. Sócio da área de Bancário & Financeiro. Tem trabalhado em todo o tipo de operações do setor bancário e financeiro, com especial foco na compra e venda de créditos em incumprimento (non-performing loans) e nos financiamentos garantidos (incluindo financiamento aeronáutico).

Em simultâneo, dedica grande parte do seu tempo a aspetos regulatórios destes setores, como sejam o acompanhamento de clientes junto dos reguladores nacionais e estrangeiros no contexto do desenvolvimento das suas atividades em Portugal e no estrangeiro.

É ainda o advogado responsável pelos aspetos financeiros da equipa VdA FinTech, tendo a cargo os temas relativos aos serviços de pagamento, à emissão de moeda eletrónica e à aplicação das novas tecnologias ao setor bancário e financeiro.

Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.

Pós-graduação em Legística e Ciência da Legislação.

Magister Juris pela Universidade de Oxford (Exeter College) em Direito Financeiro e Direito Privado Comparado.

Mestre em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa ("O sistema da data de registo - Contributo para o estudo do conceito de acionista de uma sociedade cotada").

Autor de artigos em revistas da especialidade publicadas, entre as quais:
