Tiago Correia Moreira
Tiago Correia Moreira a rejoint VdA en 2003. Il est Associé de la pratique Banque & Finance et a travaillé sur tous types de transactions de ce secteur, en se concentrant particulièrement sur l'achat et la vente de prêts non performants (non-performing loans) et sur les financements garantis (y compris le financement aéronautique).
En parallèle, il consacre une grande partie de son temps aux questions réglementaires de ces secteurs, telles que le suivi de clients auprès des régulateurs nationaux et étrangers dans le cadre du développement de leurs activités au Portugal et à l’étranger.
De plus, il est l’avocat responsable des questions financières de l’équipe VdA FinTech, en charge des services de paiement, de l’émission de monnaie électronique et de l’application des nouvelles technologies au secteur bancaire et financier.
Licence en droit de la Faculté de droit de l’Université de Lisbonne.
Diplôme universitaire en légistique et sciences de la çlégislation.
Magister Juris de l’Université d’Oxford (Exeter College) en droit financier et droit privé comparé.
Maîtrise en Droit de la Faculté de Droit de l’Université de Lisbonne (« Le système de la date d’enregistrement – Contribution à l’étude du concept d’actionnaire d’une société cotée »).
