Benedita Gonçalves
Integra a área de Laboral no escritório do Porto desde 2007. Centra a sua atividade em direito do trabalho e segurança social, nomeadamente contratação de trabalhadores, reestruturações, auditorias laborais, remunerações e benefícios, procedimentos de despedimento, negociação laboral individual e coletiva, e processos disciplinares laborais.
Tem ainda trabalhado ativamente em contencioso, assegurando o patrocínio de empresas nas diversas áreas de direito laboral.
Ao longo da sua carreira tem trabalhado em vários setores de atividade, com particular incidência no setor automóvel, indústria, transportes, saúde e farmacêutico, representando grande parte das empresas de referência, nacionais e estrangeiras, em Portugal.
Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade da Católica Portuguesa.
Pós-graduação em Direito do Trabalho pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
Curso de Formação Pós-graduada - Nova Lei do Trabalho em Funções Públicas.
Antes de integrar a firma foi sócia da sociedade de Advogados "Pinto Júnior & Associados".
Inscrita na Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses.
