Vanda Cascão

Integra a VdA desde 1993. Sócia da área Energia & Recursos Naturais onde tem trabalhado em diversas operações, nomeadamente nos setores das infraestruturas ferroviárias, rodoviárias, pontes e túneis, construção de aeroportos, energia (incluindo petróleo&gás, eletricidade e energias renováveis), e águas e resíduos, acompanhando ainda as matérias de regulação desses setores.

Neste âmbito tem prestado assessoria a autoridades administrativas, promotores e Instituições Financeiras (em especial, a banca de investimento).

Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra.

Pós-graduação em 1992, em Altos Estudos Europeus - Estudos Jurídicos, pelo Colégio da Europa, Bruges, Bélgica.

Program of Instruction for Lawyers (PIL) - emitido pela Universidade de Harvard.

Foi docente do Instituto Português de Administração e Marketing de Lisboa.

Participa como orador em diversos Congressos, Conferências, Workshops e em acções de formação, designadamente na área de "Project Finance", Parcerias Público-Privadas e Energia.

Antes de integrar a firma estagiou no Serviço Jurídico da Comissão Europeia, em Bruxelas, Bélgica.

Enquanto associada da firma, esteve em "secondment" no Deutsche Bank (1994/1995), e na firma Linklaters em Londres onde integrou o Grupo de "Projects" (2001).

Autora ou co-autora de vários artigos em publicações da especialidade, entre as quais:
