Integra a VdA desde 2001. Sócio da área de Bancário & Financeiro, presta assessoria na preparação e execução de ofertas públicas de aquisição e de distribuição, bem como no âmbito da emissão de valores mobiliários e produtos financeiros estruturados, incluindo titularização de créditos e obrigações hipotecárias, assessorando emitentes, oferentes, intermediários financeiros ou investidores.
Presta ainda assessoria contínua em matérias regulatórias na área do direito bancário e dos mercados de capitais.
