Lidera regularmente operações financeiras e de M&A, incluindo reestruturações empresariais, privatizações e transações do mercado de capitais e de venture capital, prestando apoio jurídico a empresas nacionais e estrangeiras, nomeadamente bancos e outras entidades financeiras.
É responsável pelo acompanhamento de vários clientes com atividade na índustria dos seguros e da distribuição, prestando assessoria jurídica também nesse âmbito.
Licenciatura em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Clássica de Lisboa.
Inscrita na Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses.
