João Afonso Fialho, Guilherme Daniel, Ângela Viana and Helna Vitoldás signed the publication "Gas Regulation Mozambique" by Lexology Panoramic.

In an analysis of the gas market in Mozambique, the VdA lawyers address the regulation of the production, commercialisation and distribution of natural gas.

In an introductory note, it is explained that "The most recent discoveries have shown that Mozambique’s sedimentary basins offer areas with strong potential for the occurrence of oil and natural gas, with promising development paths, capable of generating extensive opportunities to export its resources". Based on this context, the authors also analyse international agreements and cross-border trade.
