Paulo Pinheiro talks to Jornal de Negócios
Paulo Pinheiro, partner heading VdA's Health area of practice talked to Jornal de Negócios in the scope of the misunderstanding between Alliance Healthcare, the largest national medicine distributor, which is 49% held by the National Pharmacy Association (Associação Nacional de Farmácias - ANF) and the smaller generics laboratories, explaining that wholesalers may stop buying from a certain lab, "as long as such act does not compromise the obligation to supply the market and to adequately satisfy the patients' needs".
