Covid-19 caused unprecedented impacts on the aviation sector. Air traffic restrictions and sanitary measures imposed by states have had a particular impact on Airlines. The recovery will depend on a wide range of variables including not only the specific context of each airline and potential State support, but also on passengers’ demand.
In this context, the Webinar will allow a debate on the major impact of the pandemic on the aviation industry, reflecting on the damages it has caused and the measures implemented to overcome the challenges, as well as on the possible redefinition of the aviation market in Lusophone Africa and the sector players' readiness for the long-awaited recovery.
The panel will include representatives of the main airlines operating in the Lusophone African market: Cape Verde Airlines; LAM - Mozambique Airlines; TAAG Angola Airlines and STP Airways.
The event will be held in Portuguese and broadcast online via TEAMS MEETING.
