Marco Caldeira will take part in the first edition of the Public Law Summit, an initiative promoted by ECO that will bring together academics, judges, lawyers and specialists to discuss some of the key challenges facing Public Law and Public Administration.

Marco Caldeira will join the panel “Pre-contractual litigation: administrative justice not quite so urgent?”, which will take place during the event’s third session. The discussion will focus on the challenges of pre-contractual litigation and on how the administrative justice system responds to the demands for speed and effectiveness in public procurement matters.

On this panel, Marco Caldeira will be joined by Rui Mesquita Guimarães (Deloitte Legal Telles), Bernardo Almeida Azevedo (Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and KPMG Law) and Tiago Serrão (Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon).

The Public Law Summit aims to establish itself as a forum for reflection and knowledge-sharing on key Public Law issues, fostering dialogue between different academic and professional perspectives and contributing to the discussion of matters that have a direct impact on public administration, businesses and citizens.
