Ricardo Bordalo Junqueiro and Cláudia Coutinho da Costa are speakers at the 18th edition of the Postgraduate Course in Competition and Regulation, an initiative organised by IDEFF - the Institute of Economic, Financial and Tax Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

The course, recognised for its comprehensive approach and its teaching staff made up of leading experts in the field, aims to deepen knowledge of the dynamics of competition and regulation, addressing essential topics for professionals in the legal, economic and business sectors.

Within the scope of this edition, Cláudia Coutinho da Costa is responsible for the module dedicated to ‘Business Cooperation / Joint Ventures and Cooperation Agreements between competitors’, where she analyses the main challenges and legal frameworks for these forms of strategic partnership between companies.

Ricardo Bordalo Junqueiro lectures on ‘Abuse of Dominant Position - Practical Application in Portugal and the European Union’, exploring the main cases and legal frameworks governing this issue, as well as the implications for the market and economic agents.
