Magda Cocco took part in the 18th Postgraduate Course in Competition and Regulation, organised by the Institute for Economic, Fiscal and Financial Law (IDEFF), where she taught a class dedicated to Space Regulation.
The session focused on the legal and regulatory framework governing space activities, against a backdrop of the sector’s growing strategic and economic importance and rapid technological change.
The postgraduate course provides in-depth training on the key topics, principles and trends shaping the development of competition law and economic regulation.
