Helena Correia Mendonça and Ivanna Gomes took part in the 18th Postgraduate Course in Competition and Regulation, organised by the Institute for Economic, Fiscal and Financial Law (IDEFF), where they taught a class dedicated to Space Regulation.
The session focused on the legal and regulatory framework governing space activities, against a backdrop of the sector’s growing strategic and economic importance and rapid technological change.
The postgraduate course provides in-depth training on the key topics, principles and trends shaping the development of competition law and economic regulation.
