On 30 June, Magda Cocco took part in the 14th Portuguese Internet Governance Forum Initiative, held at Fórum Picoas in Lisbon.

As a speaker on the panel ‘Digital regulation, platforms and cybersecurity’, Magda Cocco participated in a session dedicated to the challenges of implementing the NIS2 Directive and the Digital Services Act (DSA), online content moderation, and the need to balance security, users’ rights and innovation.

The Portuguese Internet Governance Forum Initiative is a platform for dialogue that brings together stakeholders from the public and private sectors, the technical and academic communities, and civil society to discuss the main challenges relating to internet governance and digital transformation.
