Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira was invited to give a lecture on ‘Groups of Companies ’ at the postgraduate course in Commercial Company Law organised by the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University.
This course, coordinated by Paulo Olavo Cunha, explores central themes of corporate law, covering subjects such as: ‘Incorporation, capacity, patrimonial and financial aspects’, ‘Shareholding’, ‘Corporate bodies, corporate resolutions and administration’.
