Fernando Resina da Silva speaker in Luanda about IT and Communication

'Innovation, convergence, the IT and Communication's meteoric development and the challenges to regulation' was the title of Fernando Resina da Silva's lecture at the first IT and Communication Exhibition to take place in Luanda, Angola. Vieira de Almeida & Associados (VdA)'s partner who heads the IT & Outsourcing practice was one of the guest speakers at the event which counted with the presence of members of the Angolan Government and of Public Administration as well as consultants, IT and Communication specialists and companies' representants.
