Iakovina Kindylidi participates this Thursday, June 18, at 12:00 pm, in the "Thursdays with Science" initiative, promoted by the Fraunhofer Portugal Research Association.

For the past year, the Artificial Intelligence sector has been discussing the political developments leading up to the AI Act’s approval. Now, as the AI Act is entering into force, there is still a lot of misinformation about its scope and the obligations applicable to the various players in the sector.

In this session, entitled "AI Act 101: Key Concepts and Next Steps", Iakovina Kindylidi will present the general concepts of the recently approved AI Act, and the fundamental steps that organisations must follow to ensure compliance with the new legal requirements.
