In 2023, VdA and Beta-i launched the Innov.Club, an exclusive club that aims to promote innovation and knowledge sharing among organisations in Portugal.
In this context, the club organises various sessions to debate companies' challenges, learning expeditions to world-renowned innovation hubs and promotes the sharing of case studies. Over the last few months, the Innov.Club has organised 17 sessions with internationally renowned experts, including bestselling authors in the field of innovation, entrepreneurs and academics, a learning expedition to Boston and the first Chief Officers Roundtable, which was attended by directors from the various companies that make up the club.
The June session, which took place at GALP's premises, was attended by Ruth Shaber, founder and president of the Tara Health Foundation and author of ‘The XX Edge’, who shared her perspective on how diversity consistently outperforms and why it is an investment strategy that is often overlooked.
