Paulo Pinheiro
Paulo Pinheiro a rejoint VdA en 2006. Il est Associé des pratiques Droit public et Santé.
Il a travaillé sur différentes transactions et projets, notamment dans les secteurs de la santé, des télécommunications, de l’énergie et gaz naturel, des transports, et des eaux et déchets, accompagnant également les questions de régulation et des procédures de marchés publics de ces secteurs, ainsi que la passation de partenariats public-privé.

Avant de rejoindre le cabinet il a travaillé comme avocat collaborateur chez Botelho Moniz, Magalhães Cardoso & Ruiz - Sociedade de Advogados (1989-1998).
