Paulo Pinheiro, Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira and Marco Caldeira take part as speakers in the event ‘Conversations on Administrative Arbitration’, which will take place this Friday, 29 May, at the Commercial Arbitration Centre, organised by the Portuguese Arbitration Association.

Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira will be part of the first panel, dedicated to the topic ‘Changes in administrative arbitration’. Next, Marco Caldeira will speak on the panel ‘Is there arbitration in pre-contractual disputes?’, whilst Paulo Pinheiro will moderate the panel ‘What are the ways to challenge administrative arbitral decisions?’.

The initiative aims to promote reflection and the sharing of experiences on the main challenges and opportunities in administrative arbitration.
