VdA has participated for the second consecutive time in the preparation of “The International Comparative Legal Guide” to Corporate Governance which includes the of Paulo Olavo Cunha and Sofia Barata’s views on the issue. Through the use of a standard set of interview questions, one firm in each jurisdiction was invited to give its opinion.
