Mergers and Acquisitions with significant transactions
João Vieira de Almeida is quoted by Jornal de Negócios newspaper on “some major transactions that have stirred up the legal advising sector in the last eight months”.
In its 15th September issue the newspaper quotes VdA’s managing partner, among other lawyers, about these major transactions, namely Cimpor and Vivo files, explaining that “the considerable amounts referred to regard a small number of transactions”. However, according to the newspaper, there seems to be some positive atmosphere as regards the opportunities arising from the crisis.
