On the 3rd of July Manuel Protásio took part, as previously announced here, in the idebate on the theme of Investments in Public Works. On the 6th of July, the newspaper i published an in-depth article on the debate in which it summarised the analysis made by the various participants in large-scale public investments in infrastructures and their respective PPPs, with special emphasis being given to the TGV and the new airport.
Manuel Protásio comments that “in the last ten years, construction and deadline risks have now been passed over to the private partners”.
