Fernando Resina da Silva, partner responsible for the Emerging Technologies work group, participates in a new episode of The Next Big Idea, special edition Santander Universities, where he speaks of the importance of other complementary legal instruments to Intellectual Property law, as well as the knowledge of software and open sources licensing limitations.
The purpose of this initial knowledge is the ability to market the product in a safe way for both seller and purchaser.
