Catarina Pinto Correia, public law practice managing associate, writes an article for the Brazilian Magazine of Public Procurement (Revista de Contratos Públicos) entitled "Contracting entities of special sectors in the Public Procurement Law of the European Union and the Portuguese Public Procurement Code", where she analysis aspects and fundamental issues concerning the public procurement regime in the designated special sectors - energy, postal services, transports and water sectors - under the European and national public procurement law, regarding the definition and scope of each type of entities, public and private, and respective consequences.
