António Magalhães Cardoso talks to Diário Económico
Diário Económico newspaper interviewed António Magalhães Cardoso about the new entity that is to substitute the Commercial Court in all matters referring to issues connected with patents. VdA’s Head of the Intellectual Property department, stated that “pharmaceutical industries producing original drugs are striving to protect their investments. (…) The great problem at a national level is the slow pace of Justice”.
