Ana Rita Almeida Campos, Hugo Moredo Santos and Orlando Vogler Guiné are among the authors of the book "Annotated Corporate Governance Code (Código do Governo das Sociedades Anotado)", which will be launched on the 15 may at 6.00 p.m. at the Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon. Underlying this book is the increased influence of corporate governance recommendations among listed companies and in the decision-taking process related to company activity..This is the fourth book published by the Governance Lab, a «think tank» approaching issues regarding corporate governance in which the three lawyers take part.
