Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira and Chen Chen are teaching on the 10th Postgraduate Course in Corporate Governance, promoted by the Private Law Research Centre of the University of Lisbon Law School.
The aim of this postgraduate course is to analyse the principles and rules applicable to corporate governance. Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira, as well as co-coordinating the course, lectures on ‘Corporate governance and family control structures “ and ”Corporate arbitration and corporate governance’. Chen Chen is responsible for the class on ‘Corporate governance and asset management’.
