After having prepared the preliminary projects of the new Public Contracting Code and the Legal Regime of Public Works Contracts of Cape Verde, VdA now advises the Government of Cape Verde in the preparation of other legal documents structuring the legal system-administration of the country, including the system of privatization, the system of public-private partnerships, the regime of concession contracts and public domain regime.
The advice VdA provides is under the Government of Cape Verde's effort to create and modernize the administrative law, a project financed by the World Bank.
The team involved is led and coordinated by partner Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira and managing associate Catarina Correia Pinto from VdA's public law practice.
