VdA contributes to the 2026 edition of the Chambers Global Practice Guide – TMT, which analyses the key legal and regulatory developments in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors in Portugal.

Magda Cocco, Tiago Bessa, Inês Antas de Barros, João de Araújo Ferraz and Rui Gordete Almeida authored the chapters 'Law and Practice' and 'Trends and Developments', in which they analyse the regulatory framework governing the TMT sector and the main trends shaping the digital agenda.

Topics covered include artificial intelligence, telecommunications, cybersecurity, data protection, digital services and platforms, as well as broader regulatory developments in Portugal and the European Union.
